Kate, a licensed REALTOR® for 20 years, is Porch Light’s spirited team leader, head honcho, mama bear and spreadsheet guru. In 2012, with six years of experience on real estate teams, she decided to launch her own business and began to build her dream team. Through the years, Kate has worked in every aspect of the business. Today she is the official Team Leader, managing all the behind-the-scenes details like property research, marketing and creating efficient systems that benefit both clients and team members.

When she’s not working on the business, Kate can be found entertaining friends and family with one of her #kateplates and spending time with her daughters, Gemma and Greta, and her partner, Justin. Kate moved to Mt. Hood in 2017 and is happy to be a resource for your Mt. Hood or Portland-area real estate needs.

From the first conversation to her bulldog negotiating skills and all the way through closing, Kelsey brings a hands-on, personal approach to real estate. She’s a strong advocate for her clients and believes communication is key—you should always know what’s happening, what comes next, and what your options are. With over a decade of experience, Kelsey knows how to navigate the details and anticipate challenges. She knows when to push, when to problem-solve, and how to keep a transaction moving forward while making the process feel as straightforward as possible.

A native Oregonian, Kelsey loves everything the PNW has to offer. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her exploring with her Bernese Mountain Dogs, Kimber & Zuri, hiking to a waterfall, cheering on women’s basketball, or chasing fresh snow on Mt. Hood.
