What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you type in, such as your name, email, phone number, a property address and your answers to our questions. We don't collect anything else about you through this site, and we don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you and to help with your real estate plans, for example to prepare a price opinion, set up a home search or write an offer. Form answers are emailed to our team and kept in our secure business records.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only when needed to help you, such as with a lender, escrow company or inspector you've chosen to work with, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you've sent us at any time. Contact us at team@yourporchlight.com or 503-880-3650.

Keeping it safe

This site uses a secure connection, and spam protection runs in the background on our forms. Please don't send bank account numbers or Social Security numbers through website forms or email.
