We'll also approach each home showing with your established criteria in mind so you can rest assured your next home will check all the right boxes. {While compromise is important, we'll make sure that jetted master tub doesn't distract you from the tiny backyard you don't want.}

THE OFFER

Once we've found a home you're thrilled about, we'll get to work defining your best offer strategy. While price is important, seller motivation and contract terms can also factor heavily into creating an exceptional offer. We'll do our research to ensure your offer has the best shot of getting accepted while always keeping your best interest at heart. We pride ourselves on honest communication and we'll always offer you our educated opinion on what the home is worth and how you can take your offer from good to unbeatable without putting yourself at risk.

THE NEGOTIATION

After the initial acceptance, we'll continue to advocate for you to establish and maintain win-win terms throughout your transaction. You'll typically have ten business days to complete a professional home inspection, which can often lead to repair negotiations. An important milestone in the process, we'll use our years of experience to guide you through the home inspection results and advise you on which items should be addressed by the seller and which you may want to handle on your own, then follow up with the listing side to ensure your repairs are handled properly.
